Wow!! I am very happy with the panelling I bought and was used in our hallway. Easy to fit and looks fantastic!!
Tim was brilliant throughout the process and was extremely helpful, making sure all our packages arrived safely.
Customer service is Excellent as is the wall panels I purchased. 10/10!!

Thanks Shafee. You didn't mention the problem at the start with getting wet packages. Luckily it didn't affect the panelling once it was dried out. This has never happened before and hopefully won't happen again - I guess the courier's depot got wet during the bad weather that week. Thanks again for your review!

I have to say that the customer service from Hare Wall Panelling had been fantastic. We ordered panelling one day and it arrived the next. We requested various bits of information that was responded to very quickly and overall have been a pleasure to do business with.

Thanks very much for the review, it's nice to know that people appreciate good service. When we get medium to larger sized orders that are within about 100 miles of us, we often like to deliver them personally to have a day out. In these cases, we can deliver at at times to suit the customer, and much quicker than when using a courier.

Initially we ordered dado rail to complement our already installed (by us) tongue and groove panelling, having looked more closely at the website we decided to change from tongue and groove to Harewall panelling. Best decision we made. It’s transformed our living room, dining room, hall, landing and stairs. Installation was relatively easy due to the easy to understand CAD drawings provided by Tim. They personally delivered 2 of our 5 orders and it was great to meet them, lovely couple.

Really impressed with the panels, easy to order, great communication from Tim and good delivery, they have really transformed our stairs and hallway, I would definitely recommend!

Love the panels. Tim was really helpful throughout the ordering process - we received email responses straight away and the delivery was smooth.

We only needed a single panel and some short pieces of dado and skirting, to fill in a gap when we blocked in a doorway as part of an extension. Tim was amazingly accommodating and, as we lived relatively locally, even took the trouble to deliver the bits we needed in person. Truly ‘above and beyond’ for such a small order. Highly recommended!

Thanks for the review Mike. We know that people can't get this panelling anywhere else so we always try to give the best service we can - doesn't matter if it's only a small order.

The wall panelling is even better than we dared hope for and the company owner is one of those rare breeds , someone who goes that extra mile for his customers. We can't praise them highly enough.
